, you will be a key member of the team, ensuring service standards meet the highest expectations. Your role will involve supporting various areas of food and beverage service, including the Bar, Restaurant, Breakfast, Room Service, and Conference & Events, contributing to the smooth running of each outlet and ensuring a memorable guest experience.

• Guest Interaction & Service:
  Welcome guests warmly, engage professionally, and attend to needs in line with brand values.
• Operational Support:
  Support the team across service areas to ensure seamless delivery of food and beverages.
• Guest Satisfaction:
  Respond to queries and requests, address concerns proactively to improve guest satisfaction.

  Maintain clear information exchange with kitchen and guests to guarantee smooth service.
