Your Role

As Front Office Manager, you’ll be the face of Fraser Suites Edinburgh, ensuring every guest feels welcome and cared for. Your responsibilities include:

  • Lead and inspire the Front Office team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth check‑ins, check‑outs, and guest satisfaction.
  • Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to maintain our high standards.
  • Uphold company policies and security requirements while fostering a warm, service‑oriented environment.

  • Proven experience in a similar leadership role within hospitality.
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • A hands‑on attitude with attention to detail.
  • Passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
