Salary is competitive and is based on skill and experience: £37,000‑£42,000 per annum inclusive of tronc, paid monthly.

• All‑day dining café; shifts cover both daytime and evening.

  Christmas and Boxing Day are closed, with an extra day for those with children.
• No uniforms; smart/casual attire is acceptable.

• Experience as a Floor Manager in a high‑volume, multi‑faceted bar/restaurant environment.
• Commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
• Detail oriented with a focus on safety.
• Strong leadership skills and genuine care for people.
• Dedication to guest and team happiness, turning guests into regulars.
