A Scottish charity organization is seeking a Cook to join their Edinburgh Central Youth Hostel. In this role, you will cook meals for guests and manage kitchen hygiene and food safety standards. Previous catering experience for large groups and knowledge of food hygiene regulations are essential. You will work with a friendly team committed to providing a great experience for visitors.
Benefits include meal discounts and membership of the charity. This is a full-time, permanent position with 32 hours per week.
