The ideal candidate for this role would be someone who either has long term aspirations to become a Team Leader or Manager but would still prefer to bill and grow a team.

You MUST have worked as a Temps Recruitment Consultant in the Driving sector of Recruitment, however successful consultants from other recruitment sectors with transferable skills will be considered.

You will need to be an excellent business developer, have the ability to build strong client and candidate relationships, be a self starter, ambitious and want to be the architect of your own career.
