Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end payroll for weekly and monthly employees Process timesheets, overtime, shift allowances, and statutory payments Ensure accurate calculation of PAYE, NI, pensions, and other deductions Maintain employee payroll records and handle payroll queries Liaise with HR, finance, and department managers to ensure smooth payroll operations Support audits, reporting, and continuous payroll process improvements What We're Looking For Previous payroll experience, ideally within manufacturing or a similar high-volume environment Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Confident with payroll software and Microsoft Excel Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines Benefits Competitive salary of £35,000 Company pension Opportunities for progression Supportive team and positive working culture Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
