Overview: EH20 is structured and works differently compared to most other agencies. We are structured to allow our consultants to perform the tasks that they enjoy and excel in, whilst being supported by other divisions. EH20 has no 360 recruiters, we have our own dedicated BD team who provide all leads to our consultants, meaning no BD. We also have dedicated Account Managers to ensure a constant flow of new qualified vacancies for our consultants to work.
We're seeking an experienced recruitment consultant to join our dynamic team at EH20 Group. The ideal candidate will have a background in candidate resourcing and enjoy the candidate side of recruitment. We operate mainly within the Renewable & Infra sector and are open to candidates from all industry backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

* Source and screen potential candidates
 
* Conduct interviews and assessments
 
* Manage client relationships
 
* Meet placement targets
 
* Stay updated on industry trends
Requirements:
 
* Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience
 
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 
* Proven track record in candidate placement
 
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
