Senior Recruitment Consultant

We are currently looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Edinburgh Team situated in the city centre, due to large scale growth.

• Search and select suitable candidates for your vacancies.
• Build a strong network of candidates and clients.
• Negotiate contracts, agreements and manage the recruitment process from start to finish on behalf of the companies we partner with.

• Confident and outgoing personality with ability to push outside of your comfort zone
• Experience of hitting targets & beyond within a Recruitment environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to build strong client relationships
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high standard in a fast paced environment
• Commitment to self-development
• 2+ years recruitment experience ideally within similar markets
• Degree qualified with either a 1st Class or 2:1
• Ambitious and driven individuals with a passion for sales and building relationships
