- Responsible for the management of all demand requests using workforce planning systems.
- Support the Resourcing Senior Lead to deliver on business strategic and people priorities including fair work allocation, regular skills reviews etc.
- Responsible for the operational rhythm and delivery of reporting insights that are informative and provide clear trends and risks and actions for the business to take.
- Responsible for overall headcount planning and movements including monthly reconciliation, interaction with Human Capital (HC) and recruitment for people planning. Includes:
Transfers in/out, Secondments, Visa checks, and supporting business cases for permanent moves. Annual headcount budget planning and half year review. - Responsible for the Line Management, development and coaching of the officer within the team.
- You bring experience from Resource Management, Workforce Planning, Recruitment, or Operational people management.
- You excel in stakeholder management and influencing, with the ability to build authentic long-term relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders.
- You demonstrate resilience and the ability to work under pressure, with a proven ability to operate under conflicting priorities, tight deadlines, and demanding stakeholder needs.
- You communicate with impact, using different communication styles appropriate to the audience.
- You have strong commercial and business acumen, including the ability to use resourcing metrics and KPIs to inform decision-making across a business unit. Additionally, you possess analytical and problem-solving skills, with knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
