As a Senior HR Consultant in Organisation Development you will work closely with Services to design and deliver tailored solutions to organisational challenges. Using OD methodologies, tools and frameworks you will support long‑term organisational priorities, and using data analysis and OD principles you will design solutions that will support the Services through change.

The successful candidate will provide leading practice HR consultancy on one or more of the following areas of our People Strategy:

• Strategic Organisation Change
• Equality, Diversity & Inclusion
• Talent
• Leadership

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range.
