We are partnering with a well-established financial services organisation to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner

The Role

As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, supporting the delivery of business objectives through effective people strategies.

This role offers the opportunity to operate at both a strategic level
, shaping initiatives and driving change, while remaining hands‑on in the day‑to‑day delivery of HR.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with senior leaders to develop and implement people plans aligned to business goals
  • Provide pragmatic advice on employee relations, performance management, and organisational change
  • Support key HR initiatives including talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement
  • Use data and insights to inform decision‑making and enhance business performance
  • Lead and support change and transformation projects
  • Ensure HR policies and processes are applied consistently and in line with regulatory requirements
  • Balance strategic input with operational delivery across the full employee lifecycle
About You
  • Proven experience in an HR Business Partner role, ideally within financial services or a regulated environment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge constructively
  • Experience operating across both strategic and operational HR
  • Sound knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
  • Commercially minded, proactive, and solutions-focused
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
