Channel Islands Co-operative Society Limited is seeking a People Business Partner to join their People Team in Jersey. In this role, you will support managers across the business on complex employee relations matters and provide expert guidance on employment legislation and best practices.
Approximately 70% of the position focuses on Employee Relations, managing cases such as disciplinary actions and grievances. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in HR, especially in Employee Relations, and knowledge of Jersey Employment Law.
