  • Work closely with People Experience colleagues and key stakeholder teams to resolve queries, ensure consistent responses and identify opportunities to improve processes and communications
  • Help maintain clear, accessible HR guidance and knowledge resources, ensuring colleagues have the information they need to resolve queries efficiently and consistently
  • Support HR projects and the successful delivery of annual cyclical activities across the People Experience function.
About You:
  • You will bring relevant experience in an HR Coordinator or similar role, ideally gained within a busy HR Operations environment in a similar sized business

  • Experience using Workday would be advantageous
  • You will have strong problem-solving skills, sound judgement and the confidence to take initiative
  • You will communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally
  • You will have a strong customer-service mindset and a genuine desire to provide a positive employee experience
  • You will be highly organised, able to manage competing priorities and comfortable working to deadlines
  • You will be confident building effective relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation
