Hybrid Working Salary: £65,000 per annum The firm Our client is a leading international law firm with a strong reputation for high-quality legal work across corporate, litigation, regulatory, and financial services sectors. The firm serves a diverse global client base, including multinational corporations, financial institutions, and government entities. The role In your new role as a Senior HR Advisor, you will be reporting directly into the Head of HR and supporting the delivery of a high-performing and commercially focused HR service across the London office.

Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Acting as a trusted advisor to partners, managers and employees, supporting the full Business Professional lifecycle.

Providing HR guidance to support on employee relations, performance management, absence management and day to day people matters.

Ensuring consistency and application of HR policies and procedures.

Assisting with ER investigations, documentation and meeting coordination.

Supporting recruitment activity across business professionals.

Coordinating onboarding and integration processes.

Supporting annual appraisal processes, salary reviews and bonus processes.

What do you need? In order to be successful in this role you will need:
Previous experience working in an HR Advisory role at a law firm.

Commercial awareness with strong influential skills.

Strong experience with Employee Relations issues.

Very strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
