They are the go-to firm for clients navigating complex, high-profile matters across industries such as sports, healthcare, life sciences, media & entertainment, asset management, and hospitality. The role In your new role as a Senior Lateral Recruitment Coordinator, you will be supporting the recruitment process for associates across London and other international offices.

Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Supporting lateral associate recruiting for multiple practice groups.

Managing relationships with search firms across multiple practice areas.

Assisting with screening resumes, scheduling and administering interviews.

Maintaining various recruitment-related spreadsheets and tracking relevant data.

Tracking and collecting interview feedback.

What do you need? In order to be successful in this role you will need:
Previous experience within a lateral recruitment role at a law firm.

Strong proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).An ability to effectively manage and prioritise multiple time-sensitive tasks in a high-pressure environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
