About the role## What this role does.

Eva Esi is a whole new model line, built on the research from Forlais. It is a significant launch, and you can help shape it.

You will build Eva Esi's hiring pipeline: sourcing candidates for a demanding set of launch roles, running a process that respects people's time, and keeping every candidate informed from first contact to decision. The bar is high and the roles are real; your job is to find the people who clear it.

What we look for## Qualifications.
* Have recruited for technical and non-technical roles, ideally in-house.
* Source candidates directly.
* Give candidates an honest, well-run process.
* Organised: pipelines tracked, feedback gathered, offers moved along.

Bonus## Nice to have.
* Hiring engineers and AI specialists.
* Building a hiring process at an early-stage company.
* Interview design and scorecards.
* Employer brand and outreach writing.

Process## How the process runs.

Each application is reviewed directly. Expect one or more conversations covering judgement, technical or craft depth, and the responsibility the role carries. Eva Esi does not publish salary ranges in public material; compensation is discussed individually during the process.
