Edinburgh College is seeking an Organisation Development Advisor to join our HR & OD team, helping deliver impactful learning and development initiatives that support our strategic ambitions.
Working with the OD Manager, you will design and deliver learning programmes, support change projects and help build a positive, high-performing culture across our campuses. This role requires collaboration, data-driven decision making and a proactive mindset.
