Specialist Passenger Solutions is seeking a People (HR) & Recruitment Manager for Sizewell
C. You will lead the recruitment team, work with the People Director on strategy, and ensure robust end-to-end recruitment processes, including ER case handling and Workday onboarding.
The role requires strong knowledge of employment law, CIPD Level 3, and experience with high-volume recruitment and ATS. Driving licence and willingness to support a 24/7 operation are essential.
