First Choice Staff seeks an experienced HR Manager to join a specialist HR management organisation near Heathrow. You will advise client companies on HR strategies, employment law, and personnel management to drive growth and efficiency.
The role covers end-to-end HR management for SME clients, including TUPE, disciplinary and grievance procedures, recruitment, and coaching management teams. A car driver is required for client visits;
Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm, with a 30-40 minute commute to Staines.
