Dandy is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead our global expansion efforts and build HR infrastructure as we establish new sites internationally. You will work closely with GMs to ensure a seamless employee experience across sites, with travel to expansion locations as needed.
Role requires formal HR leadership, multi-jurisdiction policy work, and cross-cultural collaboration to stand up HR operations, payroll processes, and compliance for new markets.
