HR Consultant (Organisational Development) - fixed term 12 months & 6 months

Salary: £34,452 - £40,501

Hours:

36 per week

We have two new temporary opportunities within the Organisational Development team for highly motivated individuals who lead by example - one for 12 months and one for 6 months.

The successful candidates will demonstrate integrity, flexibility and respect in all they do and will take responsibility for delivering superb outcomes for our colleagues.

Working with Senior HR Consultants you will design and deliver solutions aligned to our People Strategy supporting people related projects in line with our annual priorities including the following areas:

  • Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
  • Performance
  • Behaviours
  • Health and Wellbeing
  • Talent
  • Leadership

As an OD practitioner, you will measure the difference our People strategy activities make to our people and performance, using insight to adjust and innovate. You will also support Senior HR Consultants to design and deliver team solutions for services across the council, supporting our culture change.

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range.
