teya is seeking a dedicated People Advisor to support the employee lifecycle for UK staff from onboarding to offboarding. You will guide managers and employees on policies and best practices while ensuring HR processes comply with GDPR and legal requirements.
You will work with the People team on initiatives to enhance the employee experience, including data-driven reporting and exploring automation and AI tools to improve efficiency. This is a London-based, full-time on-site role.
