People First Team Japan/ピープルファーストチームジャパン is seeking a Mandarin speaking HR Officer/Manager for a 12-month maternity cover. The role offers hybrid working with 4 days in the office and requires native Mandarin with fluent English and UK HR experience, ideally in banking or finance.
The role covers HR administrative and operational support across the employee lifecycle, plus recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, HR systems and related HR operations to deliver high-quality service to employees
