AST Space Mobile in Edinburgh is seeking an HR Generalist to join our engineering team. The role coordinates recruitment, payroll, onboarding and benefits, supporting a wide range of HR programs across Europe.
You will manage HR files, support policy queries, and collaborate with managers using Greenhouse and HRIS. A 2–4 year international HR background and a degree in HR or Business Administration are required, with travel within Europe as needed.
