HR Officer (Hybrid) needed in Crewe, £19.66ph
PAYE - Reference: 5302480
- Support all aspects of the delivery of the Workforce Strategy to ensure effective recruitment, resourcing and retention throughout Schools and the Client.
- Undertake all aspects of HR casework, including attending hearings (discipline, grievance, capability, etc) to advise managers and others to ensure good practice, legal requirements are met, and employees are managed in a fair and consistent way.
- Deliver the full range of specialist HR support to Schools and Services on all HR matters (including recruitment and selection, attendance management, redeployment, TUPE, dignity at work etc) so that policies and practices are implemented consistently.
- Provide professional advice to Schools and Services on all aspects of HR and the interpretation of policies, procedures, processes and practice, including terms of conditions of service, to ensure business needs are met and employees are managed in a fair and consistent way
- Provide practical and operational contribution to draft policies/procedures/processes to ensure that employees are managed in accordance with the latest legislation and good practice guidelines and contribute to the communication of such changes throughout Schools and the Client
- Analyse workforce information, provide advice on workforce financial matters (e.g. early retirement etc) and respond to requests for management information and so that accurate and up-to-date HR data supports management decisions.
- Provide support to employee relations matters and service Joint Consultative and Negotiating Panels (JCNP's) and other groups so as to achieve participative, effective and harmonious working relationships.
This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
