Location: Edinburgh (with travel across multiple office locations as required)Contract Type: Temporary (2-3 Months)Hours: Full-Time, 35 Hours per Week (9am-5pm)Salary: £56,295 - £60,489 per annum (pro rata if applicable, dependent on experience)

About the Role

Our client, a well-established and highly respected organisation within the third sector, is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Partner to join their HR team on a fixed-term basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned Employee Relations professional to provide specialist advice and hands-on support across a broad range of complex workforce matters. Working closely with managers and key stakeholders, you will help ensure employee relations issues are managed effectively, consistently, and in line with current employment legislation and best practice.

• Provide expert advice and guidance on a wide range of employee relations matters.
• Lead and support organisational change projects, restructures, and redundancy programmes.
• Manage and advise on TUPE transfers and associated consultation processes.
