IC Resources seeks an HR Generalist to join the Edinburgh team, supporting UK and European operations with hands-on HR across recruitment, onboarding and payroll.
Reporting to the European HR Manager, you will maintain HRIS data, HR policies, and support compliance while coordinating external benefits and payroll providers. The role is Edinburgh-based, with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote.
