Avaloq in Edinburgh is hiring a Reward Consultant to join our global Total Reward & Performance team. You will partner with Finance, Payroll, Sales Operations and People Teams to implement Total Reward best practice on an international scale and support pay-related processes.
You will lead data-driven analysis for the annual pay review, benchmark data, and pay equity activities, ensuring accurate outputs and clear insights for decision makers.
