Cancer Research UK, Stratford, London, is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to lead a high-volume ER portfolio and advise line managers on performance, disciplinary, grievance and ill health matters.
You will support case managers, ensure decisions are compliant with employment law and policies, and help drive improvements in processes and employee experience across our large charity.
This 12-month fixed-term, full-time role is office-based with some flexibility (1–2 days in the office).
