Esh Group in Bowburn is seeking a Recruitment and HR Administrator on a part-time basis (24 hours/week). You will support a busy People function, handling recruitment administration, onboarding, and HR records with a focus on accuracy and candidate experience.
You will coordinate vacancies, interviews and pre-employment checks, maintain HR data, and contribute to onboarding processes while working closely with hiring managers and suppliers.
