• Developing strong relationships with new and existing clients across your specialist market.
• Winning new business through proactive sales activity, including calls, networking, Linked In and client meetings.
• Identifying, sourcing and interviewing high-quality candidates.
• Managing the entire recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to offer and placement.
• Becoming a trusted recruitment partner by understanding clients’ hiring needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Building your reputation as a market specialist while consistently exceeding performance targets.

Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or leadership positions would be advantageous, but isn’t essential.
