Over our two-year graduate programme, you'll rotate across five People & Culture specialisms, including HR Shared Services, Business Partnering, Recruitment & Talent Acquisition, Organisational Development, and Internal Communications. Each rotation offers something different, helping you discover what excites you most while building the skills, confidence, and experience to launch your HR career. You'll be encouraged to Own it by taking responsibility for your development, Dare to Disrupt by questioning how things can be done better, and make it happen by turning ideas into action.

What you’ll be doing :

No two days are the same.

One day you could be coordinating a business-wide engagement initiative. The next, you might be using AI to improve an HR process, supporting a change project, or working with senior stakeholders to solve a people challenge.

You will:
  • Get involved in People & Culture projects from planning through to delivery.
  • Support People & Culture Business Partners with workforce planning, employee relations and people-related business challenges.
  • Use people data and business insight to help identify trends, understand workforce needs and support informed decision-making.
  • Build an understanding of the business, its people and its priorities so you can provide effective People & Culture support to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and support initiatives that create a brilliant colleague experience.
  • Help improve HR processes by embracing technology and AI, while developing your understanding of how People & Culture can work smarter.
  • Gain hands‑on experience supporting business partnering, stakeholder management and people‑related business challenges.
  • Support HR policy reviews and business integration projects adapting quickly and helping to Make it Happen when priorities change.
  • Provide coordination and project support while learning how every team contributes to the business, because at InPost We Win Together.
  • Develop the confidence to manage projects, solve problems, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Organise your own workload, manage multiple priorities and take ownership of your work without needing close supervision.
  • Love building relationships and working with people, while having the confidence to handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy.

Most importantly, you’ll be encouraged to bring your ideas, ask questions, and challenge the status quo.

What we need from you:

We're not expecting you to be an HR expert – This is what this programme is for.

You'll need:
  • A minimum 2:1 degree in any discipline.
  • A full UK driving licence and the flexibility to travel across the UK when required
