VPZ is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to provide expert HR advice across a multi-site retail environment in Edinburgh. You will focus on employee relations, employment law compliance, and manager coaching to ensure fair and consistent people practices aligned with business objectives.
You will report to the Head of HR and lead initiatives on organisational change, engagement, and culture, while supporting complex casework and HR reporting.
