HR Assistant needed in Crewe, £14.36ph

Providing 360 support for children's safeguarded recruitment, including (but not limited to):

• Carry out budget checks and approval processes to support recruitment activity.
• Work collaboratively with hiring managers to create engaging and attractive job advertisements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Prepare and issue offers of employment to successful candidates.
• Support managers to complete all necessary pre-employment checks in line with safeguarding and safer recruitment requirements.
• Obtain and manage all pre-employment documentation and clearances for successful applicants.
• Support the transition of agency workers into permanent employment opportunities.
• Manage agency worker engagement and records through the candidate management system.
• Oversee a high-volume recruitment workload, typically managing 10 candidates simultaneously across multiple vacancies.
• Maintain accurate records and monitoring systems to track recruitment activity and pre-employment check timescales.
• Act as a key point of expertise on safeguarding and safer recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies and procedures.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
