Whether you currently recruit into sales, commercial, business support or another specialist market, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:
Managing and developing a warm desk within the Sales market Building strong relationships with clients across Edinburgh and the surrounding areas Winning new business opportunities through proactive business development Sourcing, interviewing and placing high-quality candidates Managing the end-to-end recruitment process Negotiating offers and supporting successful placements Delivering exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates

What we're looking for:

Previous experience within recruitment is essential A track record of achieving targets and delivering results Strong business development and client management skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities A consultative and professional approach Resilience, ambition and a desire to develop your career What Reed offers:
