Recruitment Resourcer | Recruitment Consultant Resourcer Newport | Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm | Full-time | Permanent Introduction Acorn by Synergie is one of the leading recruitment specialists in the UK, and we are currently looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our successful Driving division at our Head Office in Newport . This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organised individual who is looking to develop a career within recruitment.

The role involves supporting consultants in sourcing suitable candidates and managing key stages of the recruitment process.

Promoting vacancies through social media channels. Assessing CVs and job applications. Conducting telephone and face-to-face candidate interviews.

Arranging interviews between candidates and clients. Formatting and preparing CVs for submission to clients. Providing feedback to applicants throughout the recruitment process. Completing administration and compliance tasks related to recruitment activities. Requirements Driven, ambitious and determined to succeed. Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and develop. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.

Confident communicator who can adapt their style to different audiences. Outgoing personality with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, candidates and clients.
