Working closely with senior leadership team, you will support the people agenda through a period of technology transformation, translating strategic direction into practical organisational and operational outcomes.
You’ll be a confident and credible operator with:
- Strong technology-transformation experience
- Both strategic & operational capability
- Excellent communication and senior stakeholder-management skills
- Resilience and adaptability to navigate ambiguity, change and evolving priorities
Location:
North of England - hybrid
