Recruitment Resourcing Specialist - English and Germa

This temporary post suits a bilingual resourcer supporting a global professional services firm.

Based in Edinburgh, the Recruitment Resourcing Specialist
- English and German works predominantly remotely, with occasional attendance at the Newcastle office, until August 2027.

Pay is £16.00 to £16.50 hourly, plus holiday pay.

Duties include sourcing applicants, screening CVs, coordinating interviews and maintaining accurate records.

Fluency in both languages is essential, alongside strong communication, attention to detail and confident use of recruitment systems.

Four positions are available for an urgent start, so candidates able to begin quickly and manage several vacancies at once will stand out.

Remote, with occasional attendance at the Newcastle office in the first few weeks for training.

Training:
Flexibility to attend the Newcastle office for a few days during the first few weeks for initial training.

• Source and attract candidates through Linked In, job boards, databases and other recruitment channels.
• Review CVs and identify suitable candidates against role requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidates'' skills, experience and language capabilities.
• Support recruitment for strategic sourcing roles requiring fluency in English and German.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines to support current and future vacancies.
• Coordinate interviews and keep candidates updated throughout the recruitment process.
• Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment trackers.
• Meet sourcing targets and support the delivery of urgent recruitment requirements.
• Ensure candidates receive a positive and professional recruitment experience.

• Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing or talent sourcing.
• Fluency in English and German
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Experience using Linked In and other candidate sourcing platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
