Avon Fire and Rescue Service is seeking a fixed-term Staffing and Training Planner to join the Resource Planning Team. You will coordinate annual leave, sickness, training and other absences to ensure crew levels meet statutory responsibilities.
You will interpret absence applications, monitor staffing data, program training events, maintain Fire Watch records and support the Annual Training Plan, providing timely responses to enquiries from managers and colleagues.
