The Craneware Group supports a flexible work environment as well as a collaborative and teamwork focused atmosphere. Employees will be expected to work a hybrid working arrangement spending 40% of their time per month in the Tanfield office – approx 2 days per week.
We are seeking an Implementation Engineer who will deliver exceptional customer service throughout software and services implementation for new and existing clients.
Responsibilities- Managing and resolving software queries across multiple channels to enhance customer experience
- Escalating complex issues to management for timely resolution
- Identifying customer needs for seamless software implementation and long-term success
- Documenting progress and sharing knowledge to improve internal processes
- Allocating customers to ensure satisfaction with software and services
- Building relationships to identify customer references and success stories
- Maintaining expertise in Craneware Group products and sharing insights with the team
- Completing remote installations for colleagues and customers to ensure end-user satisfaction
- Discovering the best implementation model in partnership with Customer Success teams
- Documenting all new or updated customer configurations in CRM and JIRA
- Proficiency in healthcare operations and familiarity with TCG’s products and services
- Working knowledge of SQL and database principles
- 1–3 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong customer focus and commitment to delivering excellent service
- Basic SQL skills for troubleshooting and solution development
- Effective risk assessment and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to resolve issues promptly and perform basic data analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attentive to detail and quality in all tasks
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Experience with data extraction, integration, and validation
- Collaborative approach to working with team members and clients
