Technology Director – Transport Sector Consulting

We are seeking a senior leader to drive Enterprise Strategy and Transformation initiatives for transport and infrastructure clients. The role shapes transformation strategies, delivers measurable impact across large‑scale programs, and extends to Defence and Central Government where relevant.

• Lead Strategic Transformation – Help clients articulate the need for change, design and implement Target Operating Models across all enterprise layers, and drive cultural and behavioural change.
• Deliver Impactful Programs – Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of transformation initiatives, ensuring real, measurable outcomes, and flex delivery approaches to meet client needs.
• Business Development – Initiate, develop, and close transformation opportunities with transport clients, engaging senior stakeholders to shape consulting propositions.
• Service Expertise – Sell and deliver services in Enterprise Strategy Development, Operating Model Design & Implementation, Change Management and Technology‑enabled Transformation.

• Proven experience in enterprise‑level transformation, ideally within transport and transferable to Defence and Government.
• Experience leading client interactions, sales and delivery of technology‑enabled transformation programmes with multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Extensive of emerging technologies such as Cloud, AI, RPA and industry‑specific ERP, CRM and Case Management solutions.
• Deep understanding of all layers of the technology stack (data, applications, infrastructure) and how solutions deliver value.
• Ability to build effective relationships with third‑party delivery organisations to deliver complex programmes.
