Responsibilities
  • Successfully manage the delivery of Version 1’s Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM/EPM projects.
  • Collaborate with the customer to confirm scope and goals, objectives, business justification and secure resources (people and budget).
  • Lead, oversee the progress of project plans, ensuring alignment with time, cost and quality.
  • Manage customer expectations and monitor scope creep closely.
  • Control and report progress to the Steering Group/Sponsor, and internally to senior stakeholders; elevate issues as required.
  • Assess risks and issues continually, communicating decisions made by the customer.
  • Monitor and report on project budget; own P&L targets for your projects.
  • Craft and implement an effective communication strategy for the project.
  • Identify inter‑dependencies between stakeholder groups to guarantee alignment and mitigate risks.
  • Ensure appropriate skilled resources deliver the project and manage their availability and performance.
  • Travel to customer sites as required and permitted.
  • Assist in pre‑sales and business development opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Experience implementing Oracle ERP Cloud projects end to end.
  • Delivery and implementation background within a consultancy or systems integrator.
  • Ability to lead and deliver multiple projects concurrently.
  • Project Management experience with Oracle AIM and OUM methods for complex Oracle Applications projects.
  • Prince2 or similar certification.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project.
  • Fixed‑price/budget commercial and customer experience.
  • Governance experience (Gate Control, Status Reporting).
  • Scope management expertise.
  • Stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills (written and verbal) across all levels.
