I'm working with a client who is building an internal team to take ownership of their Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365CE
) implementation project. While initial phases such as discovery and scoping have been completed, it's likely the project will be re-initiated, making this a fantastic opportunity to help shape the delivery from the ground up.

• Deliver end-to-end D365CE
  implementations as a seasoned Solution Architect.
• Design solutions across the full lifecycle – from requirements gathering through to go-live and optimisation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and internal delivery teams to define and implement scalable, user-focused CRM solutions.

• Essential: Experience working within membership organisations and regulatory bodies.
• Proven ability to work across the full solution lifecycle and lead delivery efforts with stakeholders and delivery teams.

Initial 12-month contract, with strong potential for extension.
