We are seeking a skilled and analytical Data Business Analyst to join HSBC. The work and output will directly enable and drive new data pipelines to create AI/ML powered insights and signals for the Markets & Securities business.

This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between business needs and data-driven solutions. You will analyse complex datasets, identify trends, and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to unlock revenue growth opportunities and remediate gaps related to model risk policy requirements on data documentation and quality control.

• Data Analysis: Collect, process, and analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Business Requirements: Work with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, ensuring alignment with data solutions.
• Reporting & Visualization: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI and Qlik View

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Experience: Prior experience in data analysis and business analysis.
