Business Analyst Investment Change & Process Optimisation Edinburgh Hybrid (50% office time) Inside IR35 - £475 p/d

Role Overview This role sits within an Innovation-led function and focuses on driving change across investment, operating models and core business processes. Its well suited to a commercially minded Business Analyst who enjoys understanding how organisations work and making them work better. Youll operate across the full change lifecycle, from analysing current-state investment processes and operating models through to shaping and supporting future-state solutions.

Change may be delivered through process redesign, structural change, technology improvement or better use of data. Youll work across multiple initiatives, partnering closely with stakeholders and delivery teams to challenge existing practices and embed more effective, future-focused ways of working.

Key Responsibilities Deliver business analysis across investment and change initiatives, working independently or within a BA team Analyse current investment processes, operating models and decision frameworks to identify optimisation opportunities Design future-state processes and operating models across people, process, technology and data Apply a design-led, hypothesis-driven approach to problem solving and change
