Thishybridpositionwillinvolveclosecollaborationwiththe

VPofEngineeringtooutlinethetechnicalroadmapwhileensuringthedelivery,execution,andqualityofsoftwareprojects.

Thesuccessfulcandidatewillalsoplayasignificantroleinhands-onplatformdevelopment.

Theidealcandidatewillpossessastrongbackgroundinnurturingsmallsoftwareteamswithinmission-driven environments.

Ourclientislookingforahands-onleaderwhoflourishesinearly-stageandgrowthcontexts—someonewhocanmentorandcoachengineers,establisheffectivedevelopmentpractices,andcontributetechnicallytoprojects.

• Overseesprintplanning,backlog prioritization,anddeliveryprocessesthatemphasizespeed,quality,and sustainability.
• Providetechnicalcontributionsasnecessary,contributingtodesignreviews,architecturedecisions,andcodingefforts.
• Defineandimplementengineeringpractices,coding standards,andqualitybenchmarkstailoredtoagrowing
  
  SaaScompany.
• Workcloselywithkeystakeholderstotranslatebusinessrequirementsintoeffectivetechnicalsolutions.
• Advocateforandestablishengineeringbestpractices,includingagilemethodologies,automatedtesting,andCI/CD processes.
• Fosteracollaborative,accountable,andinnovativeculturewithinthegrowingengineeringorganization.

• 10+yearsofsoftwareengineeringexperience,withatleast2yearsinaleadershiprole(teamlead,techlead,ormanager).
• Demonstratedsuccessindelivering Saa Sapplications .
• APIsandcommunicationprotocols(REST,Web Sockets,MQTT)
• Cloudand Dev Opstools (AWSservicessuchas
  
  Lambda,ECS,S3,RDS,alongwith
  
  Docker,Terraform,Git Hub,Jenkins,etc.)
• Comfortinworkingwithinsmallteams,effectivelybalancinghands-oncontributionswithmanagerialduties.
• Experiencedinagiledevelopment,CI/CD,andautomatedtestingmethodologies.

• Experienceinscalingteamswithinhigh-growthenvironments.
• Familiarity with
  
  AWScloudservicesanddistributed,cloud-nativearchitectures.
• Backgroundinmission-critical applications.
