We’re partnering with a fast‑growing software company building complex, technical products used across a connected suite of platforms. They’re looking for a UX/UI Designer who’s passionate about creating clear, accessible, user‑centred experiences and enjoys working closely with product and engineering teams.

This role offers the chance to influence user journeys across multiple products, contribute to an evolving design system, and see your work delivered into real, high‑impact software.

What you’ll be doing
  • Designing intuitive, user‑centred experiences across web and mobile products
  • Creating wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity UI designs using modern design tools
  • Conducting user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions
  • Developing personas, user flows and journey maps to support product direction
  • Working within and contributing to a shared design system and UI pattern library
  • Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers and other designers to deliver high‑quality solutions
  • Supporting developers during implementation to ensure designs are accurately realised
What we’re looking for
  • 2+ years’ experience in UX/UI design for digital products
  • Strong grounding in UX principles, interaction design and accessibility
  • Confident using tools such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience translating user and business needs into simple, effective designs

Comfortable presenting design rationale and incorporating feedback
  • Able to work across multiple products and priorities in a fast‑moving environment
Nice to have (but not essential)
  • Experience working in complex or technical domains
  • Prior involvement in running or moderating user research sessions
