EUC Onsite Support Professional

Job Description- 3‑5 years of experience in supporting the onsite requirements for laptops, desktops, data‑room devices, and VIP support.
- Provide Level 2 triage and resolution for incidents, including password resets and account unlocks.
- Offer Apple and Windows device support – IMACD & desktop troubleshooting, break‑fix coordination with OEMs, and disposal support coordination.
- Provide smartphone assistance and support for mobile devices.
- Use Intune, admin portals, and remote support tools to manage devices.
- Assist users with EUC device setup and provide troubleshooting assistance as needed.
- Troubleshoot issues using remote management software.
- Apply problem‑solving and people skills to ensure swift resolution of technical issues.
- Test, troubleshoot, and diagnose computer error messages and failures.
- Escalate issues to the next level of support when necessary.
- Strong experience with Intune – Autopilot, software deployment, and packaging.
- Experience with Service Now.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and strong communication abilities.
- Experience in VIP support.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Experience with Windows 11 troubleshooting and deployment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Email, One Drive, Teams, and AVD.
- Familiarity with strict process adherence for OS imaging and software deployment.
- Capability to test newly built laptops/desktop before hand‑off to users.
