Automation Project Manager - Fully Remote

About the Role

You’ll lead the delivery of complex automation projects and BAU initiatives across our Automation Centre of Excellence. This includes managing interdependent work streams, producing detailed delivery plans, driving benefit realisation, and ensuring projects land within budget, scope, quality, and time constraints. You’ll influence best‑practice methodologies across the function and collaborate closely with technical, operational, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of automation and BAU projects to defined outcomes
  • Deliver time‑boxed projects within budget, quality, scope, and timeline parameters
  • Produce and track detailed project and programme delivery plans
  • Oversee projects that deliver financial and strategic business benefits
  • Maintain strong stakeholder alignment across IT, Change and Operations
What You’ll Need
  • 3+ years of Project Management experience within automation, digital, or technical environments
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across interdependent work streams
  • Strong planning, documentation, and delivery governance capability
  • Proven experience across the full project life cycle
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management in a remote‑first setting
