As we continue to scale and lead in this space, we’re looking for an outstanding Solutions & Support Consultant to help us deliver complex projects, support clients and harness the full power of AI. Through our sister company , we also offer impactful CMI accredited leadership and management development programs and apprenticeships. • Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow awareness and engagement for both brands
• Manage campaigns across digital channels (Linked In, SEO, email, paid media)
• Oversee content creation (blogs, thought leadership, case studies, newsletters, website copy)
• Coordinate events, webinars, and exhibitions to showcase our expertise
• Manage social media presence and community engagement
• Analyse marketing performance and report on ROI
• Support business development with high-quality marketing assets and proposals

• Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally in professional services, education, or B2B sectors
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across two brands
• A creative mindset with an eye for detail and design (experience with tools like Canva/Adobe a plus)
• Comfortable working in a small but ambitious team, with the ability to work independently
